I’m right across Pacific Coast Highway from Surfside — you could practically walk over.
Surfside, California, is a small gated community along the Pacific in Orange County, tucked between Seal Beach and Sunset Beach. Founded in 1929 and incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 1930, it’s governed by a board elected by its property owners. The community grew into about 260 single-family homes arranged in three rows — labeled A, B and C — with no house more than 75 feet from the sand. Its culture is famously casual and beach-oriented, with surfing, kitesurfing and fishing at the center of daily life.
Being neighbors, I know how much Surfside life depends on staying mobile. Call me at (562) 594-4794 and let’s keep you in the water.
